The original dream of Scrap City was commissioned by Kanaille in 2011 after the departure of The Junkyard left a void for city dog RP, and Rebecker began building the dream and gathering patches. Unfortunately, Kanaille ran into some bad luck and was unable to finish the project. Now we're in the process of coming back! The plot has been developed as of 2/19/2014, and the avatars and dream map are slowly coming together.
